The Conference
Q) What is the format of the conference?
A) The Knowledge Graph Conference (KGC) 2022 is a 5 day hybrid conference with multiple parallel tracks everyday, covering a multitude of topics related to knowledge graph technologies.
Q) When and where will KGC 2022 take place?
A) KGC 2022 will take place on the first week of May. May 2-6, 2022. The conference will be in a hybrid format, with the physical component taking place on the Cornell Tech Campus in NYC from May 2-5 and the virtual component taking place globally on Airmeet from May 2-6. KGC 2022 will be held in respect to the eastern timezone.
Q) What kind of track topics will be covered during the conference?
A) During KGC 2022, you can expect to find a great variety of subject matter related to knowledge graphs (KG) and knowledge technologies. We will cover topics ranging from data architecture, graph neural networks, natural language processing, graph data science, business use cases, ontologies and taxonomies, content KGs, search engine optimization, healthcare and life sciences, library, open knowledge networks, European projects, and much much more.
Q) Will the In-Person conference presentations be made available online?
A) Both In-Person and Virtual presentations will be streamed in real time to the online attendees. All presentations will be recorded and then made available for replay within the Airmeet platform until May 21st.

Q) Where and how can I purchase a ticket?

Q) What kind of ticketing options are available for purchase?
A) We have two main ticketing types.
1) In-Person + Virtual
2) Virtual only
Q) What is included in the In-Person + Virtual All Access ticket?
A) The ticket includes access to the In-Person event taking place in the Cornell Tech Campus from May 2-5 as well as access to all Virtual conference sessions and activities on Airmeet. In addition to being able to attend all aspects of the conference live, you will be able to review any previous sessions on-demand for 4 weeks post conference and gain complimentary access to the KGC video library for 3 months.
Q) What is included in the Virtual All Access tickets?
A) The ticket includes access to all Virtual conference sessions and activities on Airmeet. In addition to being able to attend all aspects of the conference live, you will be able to review any previous sessions on-demand for 4 weeks post conference and gain complimentary access to the KGC video library for 3 months.
Q) What is the difference between the Virtual All Access and Virtual All Access (Academic/ NGO/ Gov) ticket options?
A) Virtual All Access (Academic/ NGO/ Gov) ticket was created to make the programming accessible to academics, government agents, and non-profit organizations. The other Virtual All Access ticket is intended for the general public.
Q) How do I verify I have completed registration for a ticket in the registration page?
A) Once you have completed your ticketing purchase, you will receive an email at the email account you registered with, attesting that your registration is valid and complete. Please ensure you have used the correct email address during registration.

Q) How can I access the event once the conference starts?
A) Once you have completed your ticketing purchase, you will receive an email at the email account you registered with, that contains a single sign on magic link. You will be able to click on that link to sign in to your respective account.

In-Person Conference
Q) How will I be able to check in?
A) The day(s) of the conference you will go to the registration desk in the Verizon Executive Education Center in order to begin the check in process. The check in process involves showing a valid proof of vaccination and a valid government issued ID.

Q) Will I be able to retrieve badges for a colleague during check in?
A) You will not be able to retrieve badges for anyone other than yourself.
Q) What measures will be taken to ensure my safety during the conference?

Q) What is the Visa Waiver Program?
A) A foreign national traveling to the United States to conduct temporary business needs a visitor visa (B-1) unless qualifying for entry under the Visa Waiver Program. For more information, please read: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/business.html.

A) Please let us know as soon as possible and remove yourself from the In-Person event. We appreciate cooperation with our Contact Tracing Policy.

Q) Will food and beverage be provided?
A) Yes. We will request that all In-Person conference ticket holders fill out a dietary preferences survey before attending by April 15th.
